In the cup

Coffee we really like.

At Tigre, we work closely with SWERL, a specialty coffee roaster from the south of Sweden and, in our opinion, one of the best roasters in Europe.

SWERL, and the roasters around them

We work with their seasonal coffees, choosing beans throughout the year according to what is tasting best.

But Tigre isn't tied to just one coffee. We like discovering and curating roasters we believe in, selecting our favourites both for espresso at the bar and as whole beans to take home.

The idea is simple: we serve coffees we genuinely like drinking ourselves.

Dialled in, all day

Our current favourites, selected and dialled in for espresso and filter. The grinder gets adjusted as the room warms up, and we taste through the day.

Take it home

A rotating selection of beans from SWERL and other roasters we like. Tell us how you brew at home and we will point you at the right one — and grind it if you need.

Come and taste it

Everything we pour is at the bar on Ringvägen, a short walk into Södermalm. Ask what is on — we are happy to talk about it, and happy not to if you just want a good cup.

See the full drinks and food menu, or come by Ringvägen 145.
